2024 Street Fair Set Up Instructions

Thank you for being a sponsor of the 2024 Syosset Street Fair.
New this year is reserved spots for all sponsors.

Check in for EVERYONE (vendors & sponsors) starts at 7am on Underhill Boulevard at the intersection of Queen Street.
GPS address: 30 Underhill Boulevard.
Approach the check in point coming from west to east on Underhill.

This is the 1st time we are doing reserved spots, so we ask for your understanding and patience.
The event promotor will have his people checking in the vendors who signed up with him.
You, as a sponsor, will be checked in by a Chamber member and guided to your spot.
If you requested a specific area, you will be at that location (or very close to it).

** ALL sponsors MUST check in at the Underhill Blvd. and Queen St. location, BEFORE setting up, even if you have a store front business location.

We want this to be a smooth process for everyone, so you must check in by 8:15am, or your reserved spot will be released, and you will be placed wherever there is room.
